Krehbiels Specialty Meats, Inc. takes great pride in producing and shipping the highest quality meats available. The products we ship are perishable. Due to this fact, we are not able to accept returns. Unlike items that have a longer shelf life, once our products leave our facility, they can't be restocked or resold. Please review your order and order receipt carefully. If any changes need to be made, please email immediately, because once an order is processed for shipping we will not be able to change your order.
Furthermore, we can't guarantee the condition of the product if the address is incorrectly entered, if an address is altered during delivery, or if you are not able to pick up your order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order being invoiced. If you need to change the address or if you spot any errors while reviewing your order please email immediately so we can correct it.
If your order is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped we have to dispose of the contents and you will not a receive a refund.
